The Doctors are the best especially Dr Bez and Dr Vallayal whom we know for over 20 years we have been with this surgery, getting appointments especially when you are working at 9 am and have to wait for an appt. on the phone from 8.30 it is ridiculous.

It is such a good service. I am so impressed, I moved from other gp where I was not satisfied about the service, and it was the best thing that could happen to me. The doctors listen to you first, you can describe your problem without a doctor interruption. They give you a full sevice, advice, prescriptions, tests, etc. Highly recommended by me!

This used to be a great practice but has gradually declined. Impossible to get through to book an appointment. Very few available appointments. Repeat prescriptions often not done Rather than have number in a queue waiting for a receptionist to pick up ( I just waited 28mins when I was second in the queue) it would be more useful to have approx number of minutes wait so patients know it might be best to call another time. This time I was first in the queue for 20minutes. Present system really disadvantages pay as you go mobile phone owners who are often the poorest section of our community . Or issue times when it is quietest/busiest times to phone if patients are unable to get to the surgery instead of phoning.

I have been with this surgery for over 20 years and throughout this time they have always treated me and my family with the utmost care, respect and kindness. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and try their best to accommodate my needs in what is a busy and over-burdened time for the NHS. The empathy and care of all staff (medical and non-medical) is exceptional. Recently when I really needed their help and guidance when I was abroad and a family member was ill they really supported me to get the best information and timely appointment. To sum it all up "they care" and they do "their very best"

Calling to book an appointment is ridiculous every time I call I seem to be waiting over a bladdy hour in a queue to speak the to reception only for them to tell me they have no availabile appointments on the day, also I get told to call at 8.30am which apparently is the best time and within 5mins of the lines opening I’m 50 in the queue, it’s been happening constantly extremely bad service which needs to be address I’m so annoyed with this surgery it’s the worst in Finchley
